So I am halfway through the 30 Day Challenge that I have been doing! I just did my fit test and found that I've gotten a bit stronger! My results are still pretty pathetic, but baby steps are better than no steps at all. I can really push myself mentally further than I could before, and the thing that I am most proud of is my consistency. I have done all the workouts, only wimping out a couple times, but making up for it later by skipping rest days. I've even forced myself to exercise in the evening or early before work! I have really cleaned up my diet these past couple of weeks as well and am making sure I am eating every 2-3 hours. I'm only halfway though, so I have to not pat myself on the back too many times and just keep going.
Grand total of pounds lost so far? 7! I can see some of my shoulder and arm muscles starting to emerge, and my stomach chub shrinking just a tad.
Every time that I'm tempted to give up, I'm just going to go watch another episode of Lost (no spoilers, people! We have just started watching on Netflix and are only on season 2....) and take a look at Evangeline Lilly's arms. Holy. I mean, it's just unfair.
